Booths "Washington" 10" Oval Vegetable Serving Bowl — England, 1930s
A graceful piece of English transferware from one of the Potteries’ most respected names. This oval serving bowl in the Washington pattern features a beautifully detailed multi-colour floral spray — roses, cherry blossom, and trailing botanicals in dusty pinks, mauves, and greens — scattered across a warm cream ground. The scalloped rim adds an elegant finishing touch that’s very much of its era.
At the Table or On the Shelf
Generous enough to serve vegetables, salads, or fruit at a dinner party, and decorative enough to display on its own. It pairs beautifully with other English floral transferware and works equally well in a traditional or eclectic interior.
