Antique Victorian style "Rutland" demitasse cup and saucer, with blue and yellow flowers trimmed in gold gilt. Crafted by Doulton Burslem, Staffordshire England, circa 1891 - 1902. An absolutely stunning addition to your teacup collection!
In excellent condition, free from chips/cracks/repairs. Cup is stamped with green DOULTON BURSLEM ENGLAND and hand painted marks in red 66254 with three lines crossed out below. The saucer is stamped with brown DOULTON BURSLEM ENGLAND with RUTLAND Rd 168550 U.S.PATENT with hand painted marks in red 66154 with a 9 below.
Cup measures 2 1/8 x 2 1/8 inches and saucer is approximately 4 inches
