Issued in 2015, this Special Edition “Ultima Thule” serving bowl celebrates the 100th anniversary of the birth of Finnish designer Tapio Wirkkala who created this iconic design in 1968 for Iittala, Finland. The bowl pays homage to the icy beauty of the Finnish landscape and was created with a wood mold meticulously crafted by Wirkkala himself.
