A beautifully time worn vintage wood travel trunk in blue/black with brass rivets/latches, and original leather handle. Circa 1900.
As expected, this piece is in antique condition, showing considerable signs of wear and age, with remnants of an old label which adds to its charm. The lining is stained and worn, but may be replaced or sealed to preserve it original character. Missing the original tray. One of the hinges needs repair.
This trunk is a fabulous decorator piece, making a nostalgic addition to your home's decor and is easily repurposed as a coffee table, blanket box or child's toy chest.
