This lovely vintage bowl is hand painted in a rustic style with colourful fruits against a cobalt blue, brown and tan wash ground which is reminiscent of the deep blue sky and farm fields. The bowl is from our personal collection, purchased by my grandmother Rose in the 1930s after she emigrated to Canada. She used this piece as a fruit bowl for many years.
