This stunning antique divided/handled white porcelain serving dish has two beautifully detailed bowls with raised flowers, sculpted swirls and hand painted gold details. It's original intention was for serving lobster. The handle is beautifully detailed with a leaf motif also painted with gold. It's wonderful to see a piece of this age in such incredible condition....it was very well loved and cared for. Made by Königliche Porzellan Manufaktur (KPM) in Berlin, Germany, circa 1847-1849
In excellent condition, no chips, cracks or crazing. Marked on the bottom with the Königliche Porzellan Manufaktur crest. C.1847-1849.
